Herbal Materia Medica - from Sharon Tilgner's Herbal Medicine from the Heart of the Earth - this site lists common herbs by both their Latin and common names so you can see their medicinal uses, which part of the plant to use, and when not to take these herbs medicinally (contraindications)

The Townsend Letter - alternative medicine's premiere medical journal 

IV Nutritional Therapy for Physicians - contact information for physicians and other healthcare practitioners who want to incorporate IV therapy into their healing modalities 

The Merck Manual - a resource that explains specific medical conditions - how you get it, prognosis, etc 

The Glycemic Index - possibly one of the healthiest ways to eat, whether you are diabetic or not, this site educates on the glycemic index of food as well as offers a database where you can type in a food item and get the calculated glycemic index for that food

Epocrates - a free, web-based drug database that reviews pharmacology, side effects and common interactions of pharmaceuticals
